Ash saved my life at a festival once.
Just the last night of a very very very heavy t in the park. Was about ready to head back to the tent as we were all gubbed. Caught ash and Julian Casablancas and it gave us just enough energy to see us through.

Had tickets to 3 different festivals that Spiritualized played, didn’t see them at one and had to sell the tickets for the other two. Meant to go to their Bristol gig this year but it clashed with something else.

The Like - I had a ticket to see them but went to a wedding instead, then they split up. I had a ticket for Ladyhawke back in the 00s, but ended up stuck in work until really late, and she dropped off my radar. I’ve got no idea why I’ve never got around to seeing LCD Soundsystem - it feels like they’re active-ish again these days so maybe the boat hasn’t sailed on that one.
I had two chances in a month to see Foals around Antidotes - Truck when they were put in too small a tent and the set was cancelled due to overcrowding issues, and their own tour date for which I was ill. Haven’t been able to be near them since.
Are Steam Down still active? There was a period of time where I was very into them and they were at a lot of stuff but because they were so ubiquitous I kept not prioritising them and then I just never saw them.
Forest Swords, SBTRKT and Bicep all similar, but I think they’re still about?
Missed arctic monkeys when t in the park flooded and our bus took fucking hours to get into the site.
Never seen them since.
Arctic Monkeys cause they came along when I was going to loads of gigs but it just never came along at the right time.

Had protomartyr tickets just after agent intellect came out, but my grandad died the day before and i missed it. Theyve got some uk dates later this year so might be able to rectify that finally.
I’ve liked (the(e)) oh sees/osees etc (and really like some of their albums) since at least 2012, and they are musically adjacent to lots of things I like even more, and have played near to where I was living loads of times across various countries, but still have never seen them

King Gizzard as well. Actually have a similar feeling about their albums — seems like I should love them, but I rarely listen to the whole thing
Black Country, New Road have played what feels like every festival I’ve been to for a few years, I’ve nowt against them, was even pretty into the first LP, but still haven’t seen them. Must have missed them a dozen times at this point.
