It’s quite an interesting video essay, goes into the idea that there’s authoritarian / colonial / military spirit to it that appeals, whereby they ignore those elements and look instead at the strong, militarized heroism.
Even that said, it seems odd that they’d ignore how diversity and all these so-called sjwisms were a big part of it from its inception.
I do wonder what these people want sometimes. Escapist fantasy is a weird thing to demand
