Hi guys, I’m currently just having a quick bath before the football and I was wondering, do you guys fill your bath up and then get in it or do you get in the bath and then fill it up?

my bath has loads of jets at the bottom and a control panel to make them do stuff but i can’t work out how to make it do stuff

Depends, if it’s a temperature control bath (eg cold bath in summer), I will get in as it’s filling. I feel this allows me to better acclimatise to the change in temp.

Mostly run the bath and then enter it, though.

My bath doesn’t have a shower rail or curtain, but it does have a shower head.

What I like to do is combine both the shower and the bath. So, I’ll sit in the bath while rinsing myself with the shower head, then let it rest between the legs while applying shower gel/shampoo, which gives you a bit of a hot tub sensation around the gooch area.

After the shampoo has done its thing, I’ll rinse and then just allow the submerged shower head to continue to fill the bath, at which point it gets switched off while I lay back and bathe.

My parents only have a bath and no shower. Fucking annoying on a morning having to run a bath each time

We had this for years. Luckily it was before we got a combi boiler so it ran super quick and hot. Got used to it pretty quick.
