Did a banging bbbbq last night.
Loads of courgettes and peppers, chicken thigh fillets (so much better than breast meat), Halloumi and sausages. Doing another one midweek so will try to take a pic.
Did 2 last week but was out yesterday so didn’t get a chance unfortunately. Considering moving it into the garage for the winter.
Is it safe to BBBQ in a garage - enough ventilation and that?
Planning on getting mine out again in the next couple of weeks and smoking another hunk of meat on it. Did a gammon joint a few months ago and it went really well - Might get a bit of beef or pork shoulder on it for a few hours this time.
Still got a drawer of the freezer full of barbecue bits and pieces that I didn’t have chance to use because the summer was shit.
Nice work, weather should never deter anyone from BBQ. Its year round for me.
I tend to BBBQ March to October myself - might try and stretch into November this year
Making pizzas tomorrow and was flirting with the idea of doing this.
So far it’s been a success. Kids have enjoyed decorating their own - youngest just presented me with this horrifying pagan face…
Done 2 this week (1 gas and a charcoal one tonight). Will take some photos when I get the bbq area looking nicer. Got some sea bass in sainos which I’m gonna try to bbq tomorrow.
