Anyone else get any done over the bank holiday weekend?

we were going to, but didn’t in the end due to extreme levels of CBA.

we only have a disposable one though, should really look at getting a proper one now that my garden is usable and there’s a bit at the back that is clearly meant to contain a BBBQ.

We’ve BBQ-ed the last two nights as it’s been roasting. Not sure the weather will hold for tonight, I suspect thunder is on its way.

Did a bbbq for the in-laws today. Busted out my weber chimney thing which worked well too. No halloumi though :rage:

Had a banger last night - only pic I have is from crazy-flame stage.

Looking forward to having our own house and garden for next summer and getting a proper BBQ. It will be used every day if I get my way…

Gunna do a fully veggie barb on Saturday. Please hit me up with recipes and suggestions and etc

Halloumi (lots of)

Salad

:corn:
Veg skewers

Linda McCartney everything. And corn on the cob.

Wanna home make everything innit

Make some mozzarella burgers.

Cauliflower steaks of some description?

I think we rolled some in jerk marinade at some point and they were awesome. Could also douse in Buffalo sauce. Could also coat in honey and black pepper. I tried this on cauli lumps recently but made the marinade too wet and it didn’t work. The chicken version is lovely: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.bbc.com/food/recipes/fivespiceroastchicke_89295/amp

Didt that ash collector thing come with the BBQ? Or did you buy separately? I want to get one but not sure if they just clip on to any Weber.

Came with and it’s well handy

Yeah, I bet! Need to investigate a bit further.
