Pancake Day in March?

It’ll be Christmas in January next. Bloody global warming.

Third best day after Christmas Day and Boxing Day imo

It’s my birthday on Good Friday this year. I’m fully expecting not to rise again until Easter Sunday

19th of November, Mr Herring.

Yeah, cos I got this in my latest Northern Monk box and apparently it tastes like Nutella and I’m gonna have it with pancakes tomorrow :+1:

I’m getting a semli just thinking about it.

We’re pretending it’s at the weekend, yeah?

Never heard-

I kid you not, I’ve had it put to me, that we’ve ‘literally had pancakes recently’ as an argument against me enjoying tomorrow the way, Jesus, the supermarkets and my belly want me to.

Last year we weren’t allowed pancakes on pancake day, with a promise thats we’d have them instead the following weekend. We did not in fact have them the following weekend.

Knew it was coming up because of pancake batter being out on display at both Lidl and Tesco but was surprised when someone told me it was tomorrow.

History’s Greatest Monster strikes again!!!

(We’ve had pancakes recently isn’t the reason not to have them tomorrow, that’s the reassurance we make them quite regularly and WILL eat them at the weekend. The reason I’m suggesting we shouldn’t having pancakes tomorrow is that you just made us a tray of croissants and I made brownies yesterday)

  • Some kind of food
  • Alcohol / some other ‘vice’
  • Social media (in full or part)
