Didn’t read that properly to be fair, you get a load of beer for your money but all these super exclusive member societies seem to be aimed at a certain type of twat. And I say that as a former member of the northern monk thing.

First proper beer wanker haul of the year, from Triple FFF brewery on the edge of Alton, Hants. Not the best place to go (beer tends to sit around for a while there as it’s not the busiest) but it’s on the way home and it saves a 30 mile round trip in S’hampton.

It’s in Four Marks, about 5 miles from Arlesford. Make pretty bog standard British beers with a 70s rock theme. But the bar and shop are alright considering its location.

Has anyone had much from Mad Scientist? Loved the Collabfest imp pastry gose they did and I’ve seen they have another similar ones, as well as some very intriguing sour fruited braggots …

Just recenty got a couple of their goses; the coconut margarita was very good, but the apricot and vanilla was a bit more syrupy than I would have liked.
