Well, they’ve currently not responded to 2 emails, a Twitter mention, a Twitter DM, 2 insta DMs, an insta mention and a phone call. Who knows

Kin’ hell. That’s pretty bad to say the least. Hope they sort it for you one way or the other but I doubt I’d use them again unless they come up with some compelling reason.

On a positive note, had some dealings with mikkeller customer service this week, and they’re probably the most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with, in any trade!

I remember buying a bottle of that Schlenkerla Marzen in my early Beer Wanker days from Nelson Wines in South Wimbledon. I had no idea what a Marzen was so was extremely confused when I took my first, long glug and it tasted like campfires. Had to go and Google it.

Wouldn’t mind if they’d just fronted up and said they’d made a mistake and offered a solution. I’ve spoken to the couriers who’ve told me that they never had a parcel to collect from them for me. I can only assume that whoever from VC is on holiday or something, because I’ve pretty much exhausted my contact with them now I’m not getting any response

Anyway, gonna stop moaning about it now.
