I asked this a fortnight or so ago. Guntrip replied with this

I remember that story but hadn’t heard of the brewery at that point!

Would recommend Tango Sierra Eight.

Unity updated their webshop with some LHG and Kernel.

The three disappointing beers in ^this post were all by Lost and Grounded. I guess part of continually trying new things is noting what you do not like to refine your next beer choices

Fresh cask ale!

@rich-t Looks like VC just posted an Insta update 20 mins ago. No idea what it means for your specific order but they said they’re replying to people ASAP and sending stuff out. So, shitty delay but hopefully this gets it resolved for you either way

Would never do to reply to an email or message will it. Or to send an update out to any orders this may have impacted. Really really pissed off with their lack of customer service this week. Fucking shambles.

Got that from DHL today, a week after it should’ve been delivered, and me having to do the legwork for their fuck up. Piss poor and I won’t be bothering with then again.

Liking this a lot

Tonight had a Brew York Rhubarbara Streisand which was ok, not really enough rhubarb tartness coming through for my liking but I guess I should have expected that given it was a milkshake ipa and not a sour.

Also a Duration Little Fanfare which was a grisette(?) though I think it also referred to it as a ‘table saison’ on the label. That was really awesome - refreshing but also with a nice dry edge, light without being thin.

We talked a bit about them further up there, but Grisettes are great.

Any others I should look out for? (if not specific beers, then breweries)

I think I skipped over the grisette chat.

Good Things Brewing have a good chamomile and gorse one in collaboration with Howling Hops up on their shop atm. Decent beers, good brewery tbh.

To Øl’s Fuck Art - The Heathens Are Coming was really good. Burning Sky put one out occasionally and have had a couple of good ones from Cloudwater. Seem to be getting more and more popular with brewers, so expect to see a few more around.
