Found out due to taking a different dog walk route that my local taproom/wanker beer pub is doing takeaways fri/sat. First fresh beer in weeks! Incredible.

Pound for pound I reckon Vocation’s Life and Death is right up there. Drinking one now, canned 9 days ago and if they stuck a Verdant or Pressure Drop label on there and charged me £5 I don’t think I’d be disappointed
Best Vault City one I’ve had so far. Look at that colour! Reckon it has more blackcurrants per 100ml than ribena. Perfect sourness levels too.

Most gose are not like that. Whilst I enjoyed that, I’d be trying something like a Magic Rock Salty Kiss or something for a real intro to them. That was a weird one

I’m having a couple of supermarket £3 beers now at the end of the working week (why are the big supermarket cans all £3?): Tiny Rebel/Polly’s Pineapple Express (Tesco) and a BBNO American Pale Ale (from Rich’s shop). The nice stouts would be a bit heavy right now.

This is unlike anything else I’ve ever had, tbf. Certainly not what you should set your gose base at. Don’t know if I liked it or not to be honest, but I will drink the second one I got when I’m in the mood.
