yeah, Oliver’s work is really amazing. seeing him later this week in London, very excited!

Not really what the OP is after but I’m enjoying the Sepalcure album.

Think my fave of the year so far is Second Woman - S/T
Reminds of of SND and old Mille Plateaux records.

Haven’t seen it mentioned yet, but check out Petrol by Anenon, and if you like that, his other album Sagrada.

Apart from that, I mainly keep going back to these albums (all of which have been mentioned, I think):
Peder Mannerfelt - Controlling Body
Hieroglyphic Being - The Discos of Imhotep
Oliver Coates - Upstepping
Leon Vynehall - Designed To Dance
The Rival Consoles EP from this year (and the album from last year)

Private Energy by Helado Negro, is really good. I think it only came out this week.

New Grischa Licthenberger is dead good. On Raster Noton which is always a good sign - highly recommended for fans of that label or the more Confield-y side of Autechre.

The ‘Mike & Rich’ reissue is very nice, very playful. A good mixture of styles. Still need to delve more into U-ziq

Plaid - The Digging Remedy (Warp, 2016)

elseq 1-5 is starting to sink in. A good 10 hours in the car this week has seen to that.

Trentemoller’s ‘Fixion’ album is terrific, but I’m not sure it’s an electronic album as it has a Cure-like bass through the whole thing…

Gave this a try just now and loving it - thanks!

Lots of these releases now added to my 2016 year playlist, ready for shuffling come year end.

Pye Corner Audio - Stasis

Enjoying the new Christian Löffler way more than the previous releases which were pretty underwhelming IMO - definitely worth checking out. Found those and Pantha du Prince really dull - everything about my taste says I should be all over it, but it does nothing for me. But yeah, his new one is great.

I keep meaning to give it a listen. I’ve got the York 12", one of my favourites from last year.

Finally watched Neon Demon earlier and the soundtrack by Cliff Martinez is ace!

For fans of electronic music, Pet Shop Boys put together a non-stop 60min mix on Berlin radio station, Radio Eins. Some great tracks by the likes of Tim Hecker, Jurgen Paape and Alex Adair.
You can listen to it here - http://www.radioeins.de/musik/freundliche-uebernahme/musiker/pet-shop-boys.html

Steve Hauschildt - Strands is absolutely wonderful. FFO: Electronic ambient stuff. The new FaltyDL is also very blissful (not ambient though)

Holy Fuck - Congrats (brilliant fun, weird and makes me happy)

The Black Queen - Fever Daydream (one of the best things Greg Dillinger has done).

New Ulrich Schnauss album, ‘No Further Ahead Than Today’ is fabulous!
