Yeah I’m sure you could cobble together a solid run with his various alter-egos.

Great call on Gang Starr.

Outkast:

Southernplayalisticadillacmuzic | ATLiens | Aquemini

This can’t be topped.

I think that’s a genuine run, but I’m a bit shaky on the exact chronology of the various projects. You could add The Mouse and the Mask on the end, but I think the second Viktor Vaughan record gets in the way.

Portishead - Dummy, Portishead, Third
Depeche Mode - Music for the Masses, Violator, Songs of Faith and Devotion

can I do another one?

Steely Dan

Can’t Buy a Thrill all the way to Gaucho

Sinatra had a pretty good patch between 1955-58 that included In the Wee Small Hours, Songs For Swingin’ Lovers, Come Fly With Me, and Only the Lonly. I’d say Rufus Wainwright too with Poses, Want 1 and Want 2.

Pretty much bang on.

I would include the Smiths, but I’m not sure if Meat is Murder beats the winning full discography run? Like it has at least two 10/10 songs, but then Morrissey is out of tune…

Was gonna say Morrissey Solo, but I forgot about Kill Uncle so idk

I’d add Trust to that list. Stunning album.

Nick Drake in with 3 hits no misses
