Has made me crave this similarly eye catching one I had in Madrid;
Ex Plymouth Argyle and New Zealand striker Rory Fallon now makes ice cream. Their marmalade cheesecake flavour is bloody lovely.
I voted vanilla because even the worst vanilla is still OK. The best vanilla is glorious.

Salted Caramel because its ALWAYS the perfect consistency thanks to Salt stopping it from becoming a hard brick of ice
I think Salted caramel everything wins.
I like vanilla ice cream best because you can add anything to it. I usually add cherry or apricot preserve these days, although fresh strawberries might be next.
