I’ve always thought Jimmy the Exploder on the first The White Stripes album is a great opener, not sure if they ever opened with it (they didn’t the one time I saw them) but it would be a killer way to start a show too. Aside from that I would add:

While a great song, and album… the only correct answer to this is The Mercy Seat.
