The White Hart is pretty deece, gastropub style

I had a burger from here last Autumn and the bread was pretty basic AND uninspiring. Hate it when a burger’s let down by its bread.

I had pretty nice tacos from a van round the corner from Waterloo about five years ago. At least I think it was Waterloo. I was going out to Twickenham to have lunch at a friend’s house , so whatever station that would be from.

It was only when I was almost there that I realised I was full of tacos and not especially hungry.

my colleagues have very helpfully pointed out that an agency we use are taking to wahaca waterloo on Thursday so won’t be going there tomorrow

cheers for all the suggestions - will definitely be going for somewhere inside not outside haha

I mourn the aji kitchen

There is a place behind the south bank that looks like it’s made out of old ikea palettes, had the best roast potatoes I’ve ever had, think it had green in the name

That’s the Green Room. It’s decent, if a bit pricey:

Masters Superfish - best chippy in London

been to Meson Don Felipe a few times and its just not doing it for me. Its probably one of the most ‘authentic’ Spanish places in London in terms of the varied, simple menu and beer available, but the ingredients they use are clearly shite - no decent bread/tinned octopus/chorizo is subpar.
