As a sub-thread, I was thinking about what the most clutch XI (whatever you think of the term) would be from the Premier League era.

You’d absolutely have to have a Vardy, Drogba, Aguero front three I think.

scholes gets in too many of these lists for being the only player in england between like 1995 until his retirement who could control and pass a ball without looking like an animated soup ladle.
