That Sound of Cinema series on BBC 4 with Neil Brand was very good.

Yeah, ditto that. Haven’t seen it in years as I don’t want to ruin it with newfound cynicism but thats a stunning moment IMO

Not a good film by any stretch of imagination but the ending of Crazy, Stupid Love with Blood by The Middle East playing is a use of a song that upgrades it a bit IMO (this video cuts out when the credits kick in and the song gets good though):
