I like to leave a corner exposed to the air in the fridge.
I like making pesto out of salad bags that are about to go over, just give them a quick nuke to wilt them a little and blitz them up with standard pesto additions (watercress, rocket, spinach pesto using peanut butter is a particular fave).
I made a thing which was curried roast carrot, celery and onion that I then mixed into couscous and baked with yoghurt on top. That was boss
I got in a LOT of trouble for bring a pack of cheds home that had a slit in the side. It slit during transit! I swear!

I think I’ve taken this idea off Jack Monroe, but any way around it’s a really quick way to get a pasta meal on the go and avoids waste
yep - totally agree. wang anything in a food processor with cheese, salt, oil and garlic and it’ll be alright.
