If you mean selling it for more than it’s worth, that’s literally every shop isn’t it. Think it’s a case of moral relativism. Don’t think someone telling the guy he could get them replaced was a bad thing either, just weird that people got surprised when someone gets offended by having their integrity questioned.

the verso sale has started. it’s the most wonderful time of the yearrrrr

Parents-in-law want one of them coffee machines for Xmas, so we got one with £40 knocked off from John Lewis’s last night. Feels slightly easier buying a present that will get used for two weeks and then junked if it’s heavily discounted.
