Bought a new Samsung 4K smart tv last Feb, all fine until a couple of months ago when it started randomly turning itself on and off again. It’s now so bad it’s unwatchable. Customer service is shocking; after tweeting, facebooking, emailing, phoning, raising a request via the tv…we are finally hoping an engineer will come out next week. The engineer said it happens all the time with new Samsungs, and google shows lots of the same.
