I think I like Blanck Mass most when it is very abrasive and in your face, like Death Drop. Hopefully there’ll be some of that in these gert big long tracks

Last Dead Can Dance album did this. They even had individual song names in the track titles but no, all mixed into two tracks. I blame Godspeed.

Either way it’s a new Blanck Mass album, it could be one 75 minute track and I’d still be looking forward to it loads

I was nervous about the Microphones LP being one 50 min track and that turned out to be superb.

yeah really annoys me about the earlier Godspeed albums that there are individual ‘movement’ titles and often actual gaps between them and yet they’re all piled on the same fucking track. at least from Yanqui onwards the long tracks are just explicitly one really long song, though i liked how the last album actually broke the longer ones into three parts
I generally agree, although Let’s See If There Are Any Ghosts in Here, Yeah? was like that, and that was pretty great.
