It’s been fairly quiet up until now, but the last day has seen a large influx of new peeps (presumably thanks to the stories about charges for twitter). They seem to be handing more invite codes out regularly too.

i find twitter incredibly stressful but i miss it when the only thing my feed gave me was pictures of people’s record collections, pets, and retro games
now i get blue tick evil people everywhere and angry stuff
sounds like Instagram might work for you?

It’s quiet, but on balance feels like what I want from social media right now. Probably helps that I’m building my follow list from scratch rather than with 10-15 years of cruft.
