I’m quite sweaty, but 95% of the time I reckon you could bottle my sweat and safely enjoy it as a water beverage

If you have sweaty/smelly armpits, do the following:

Shave or trim the armpit hair
Use Dri-Clor once a fortnight, it blocks the pores and you just don’t sweat at all, it’s a godsend it really is.

There was a guy in Sainsbury’s at the weekend who smelled foul. He looked the sort who would be less likely to use deodorant.

In the bread section rather than the bathroom stuff section. Put me right off buying some rolls.

Hopefully I’m not especially stinky myself. What’s frustrating for me is where I find a deodorant and/or body spray I like, I use it and then I can’t smell it at all on my after half an hour.

bread rolls or toilet rolls?

She was definitely having you on. Watsons is basically their version of Superdrug/Boots/Savers.

Not cheap mind, that’s nearly £4 for a can of lynx!

I found it really difficult to find deodorant in that part of Asia, even in Watsons. Went weeks without seeing any at one point.

Tbf, I’ve only been in larger stores in Taipei, so my experience may be atypical

Bread rolls. It would take a lot more to put me off buying toilet rolls.

What if you spray yourself all over, apart from a small area, and use it like a tap?

You can’t do that

Because if you get it wrong, it would be like the start of Goldfinger, but with anti-perspirant rather than gold paint

I don’t really like Bond films (BOnd films hahahaha)

Guys if you shave your pits it will reduce any BO significantly

If you make a paste out of bicarb of soda and water and rub it into the pits of your clothes and leave it for an hour then wash it that usually gets smells out.

Ooh! Thank you! I have a down jacket that smells so bad. I’ve washed it loads! Still pongy!

Tried trimming my arm pit hair and it made me sweat more. Never used to be a big sweater but I am now (jumper jokes not welcome).

Fresh sweat is fine and the early stages of a bit of sweat turning into BO is not too bad. But in some cases it smells like it has been festering for days. In those cases though you have to worry about the persona little bit.

Also had a colleague whose boss had to have a word with her. It was gantin’.

I did it once and it was itchy. Going to try again on ssh’s recommendation though, because if I can get to not worrying about it (necessarily or not) that would be wonderful

Have you tried shaving it completely?

Oh god, that must’ve been mortifying for your colleague and the manager who had to tell her!

It really works for my husband, he’s quite a sweaty boy and would be paranoid about smelling.
