I had some leftover Mexican wrap filling in sandwiches for lunch.
I’ll be having a version of the Max’s Boxing Day Sandwich for tea but I’ve had to improvise slightly because we don’t have any eggs or crisps. I’ll be making Yorkshire pudding croutons instead of the crisps.
I am very excited for dinner today. It will be cold meats, cheeses, pickles, bubble & squeak and party food.

I ate everything on my plate yesterday except the two Yorkshire puddings. Come at me.
We don’t have eggs either.
Torn between making kids walk with me in the drizzle to the shop or just continue sitting under a blanket and facing another eggless morning tomorrow.
