I mean I’m not even Northern Irish but I look at the commentary and the proclamations of Brexiters and instantly think “You know, they don’t care about the people of Northern Ireland at all. Not a bit”. And I get very angry about it. I can’t imagine what it must feel like for NI people being held in a state of COMPLETE disregard by your own government.

Yep, it’s such a disaster on every front. There’s no way of fixing this without completely going back on it, which the Conservatives won’t do. I think trying to think about it anymore won’t help me in any way.

Can’t speak for NI but it’s incredible watching exactly how much they don’t give a shit from the Republic Of Ireland. You can see that they just do not care one iota. I wonder are we at the point where NI would be better off as part of a united Ireland within the EU? I never thought the situation would ever come to that.

don’t know why, but I had always regarded the conservatives as politically shrewd, ruthless and organized in pushing through their horrible policies. for some reason I applied this belief to the eventuality of leaving the European Union - even if it did happen, which would be a terrible thing, the tories would still do the whole ‘No, No, No’ thing and come out of it with something that their voters would be happy with.
