Legal bods don’t always agree with each other. That’s why there is an appeal process. And even at the highest level, not all Supreme Court decisions are unanimous.

The notion that if one legal expert says it’s not binding, all legal experts will say it is not binding, is a fallacy.

Tweet displays fine. You’ve added commentary. All good. :+1:

I got what ya meant, @sheeldz :+1:

This gif is one of my favourite things that happens in that show

Of course. But you’re suggesting that the People’s Vote campaign have got two QCs to provide an opinion that is specifically tailored to their agenda. But in something this high profile, there is absolutely no way that they would have put their names to it if they didn’t think it was correct.

I’m not for a minute suggesting there is going to be a complete consensus. Not sure where you are getting that from, tbh

This would definitely do #numbers on twitter.

Not even on twitterbook (apart from band but I’ll get told off) someone do it so I can live vicariously through them

I have a locked account, so it’d be wasted if I did it.

I’d do it but it’d be like whistling into the void.

If Ant posts it, I might quote-tweet it and say that it was my joke, but that I gifted it to him as his account isn’t locked.

You are a mean, vindictive bastard boy

i genuinely do not understand any of this at all anymore. why are people saying “the fix is in” about the tabloids being happy over this. also what has may actually achieved.
