I think Avery struggled a bit with the acoustics at the old market assembly last time and iiirc it was a bit out of the way of anything else?
My preference would be The Canteen in Stokes Croft tbh.

is that close enough to a car park for @Slicky? How about @Rarity’s favourite Bank Tavern, and then slicks could park in Cabot Circus and just walk down through Broadmead?
