I’m coming to Bristol for three days with my Dad (70) at the start of November.

We like doing fun stuff, eating good food (meat-eater though), and shopping…

Any recs?

I’m there 21-22nd, but probably can’t make a meet.

Going on a work jolly in a couple weeks, will probably be largely brewery/tap room related but will have a scan of this thread just in case

Also there 21st to see Birds In Row

Seven Lucky Gods is lush, some other nice places around there for food and coffee etc (Wapping Wharf). Near the M Shed and Arnolfini too

It’s a little off the beaten track but Lost & Grounded taproom is the one . I went there with some friends for a significant birthday with the plan to spend an hour there and head home for a firepit and garden beers. Seven pints later I had to phone my wife and beg her to come and get us

28th is better for me afaik at the moment. I’ve got an all day event on the 21st and then a gig in the evening, so even if I could make it it’d be a very fleeting meat

28th can’t happen for me and 21st is tricky but might be possible.

Can’t make either :sob:
