Can't see the bottom of threads

i can’t scroll to the bottom of threads using ie11 (work pc)
if I respond to a post then it shows me the bottom, but otherwise it cuts off & refuses to scroll

Yep, does this to me as well, using Chrome on Windows. I can get to the bottom if I click on the most recent timestamp thing on the little slider, but otherwise it cuts off.
