Well this is absolutely glorious so far. Got up to Want You In My Room on the way to work, can’t wait to get stuck in to the rest now.

this is very good

Real Love is a very good song, so is For Sure

There are so many screamers on this album.

:star_struck: yeah, this album is lots of good. Can’t wait to finally see her at Primavera. Still so annoyed with not going to see her in Islington or wherever, a couple of days after my birthday in 2015.

I am, unsurprisingly, enjoying this tremendously. Serious doubling down on the retro production, especially Want You In my Room.

Getting quite a French disco feel from a lot of this, too - almost a bit Breakbot in places.

Yeah on first listen this bangs. Only track I wasn’t grinning like an idiot to was Everything He Needs, where the chorus was a bit of a letdown.

Otherwise sublime

Want You In My Room will basically be dissected by every production student for years to come

I like Everything He Needs, but it’s a bit of a change of pace after the opening four absolute bangers. Reckon it needs to be on at a summer party on a playlist with a bunch of other cheesy party reggae.

I think I’ll Be Your Girl is going to be the skip-track for me, because of the production as much as anything - the chorus seems to lack any low/mids - it’s all fizzy trebles, the snare sounds like a bin lid and that stab on the off-beat dominates the mix - a shame because the tune is great, but it really sticks out production-wise.

I instantly love the production on Want You In My Room, though; leaning hard on that LinnDrum, yesss.
