Weasel hoping to fell me down the stairs for some extra supper

#2973

Also seems an appropriate place to share our song about Velvet. He’s a real hand gnawer so we sometimes call him Gnawreen…

When he gets into the room, he’ll bite your fingers in the gloom.

Gnawreen, Gnawreen, Gnawreen, Gnawree-ee-een.
I’m begging of you please don’t bite my hand.
Gnawreen, Gnawreen, Gnawreen, Gnawree-ee-een.
Please don’t bite me, just because you can.

Big meow-yawns are my favourite

#2980

I have seen miaows and I have seen yawns, but never both at once. so I was delighted with that bit also.

#2981

hey fellow cat-threaders.

do you think we could bring back/save the British English spelling of a cat’s voice, as in ‘miaow’?

not in a Brexit kind of way, just in the way that it’s a prettier spelling. miaow!
