Vince just gets called Vince, or the cat. His name is definitely not Vincent or Vinnie or any of the other names my mum thinks he’s called, though; he’s named after the Mighty Boosh character so it seems weird to alter it.

I’ve done it with Moonlight a few times - Jessica looks after hers by scratching stuff she shouldn’t be scratching, but moonlight does not look after herself

She hates it though - sometimes I only get a few at a time

I just use regular human nail clippers

Gizmo has his clipped by the vets when he’s taken to one of his checkups.

As Gizmo rarely goes out anymore and takes it easy, his claws grow really quickly.

The only dogs I know are my mums spaniel and she’s a beefy little thing and then my nan’s dog who is weirdly smaller than my cat and my cat is tiny!

Why won’t my little beasts get winter floof? … They do shed enough as it is and I wouldn’t like more cleaning, but I do like fluffs.

I’ve taken a bold leap and put up a Christmas tree! They’ve never encountered one before because this is the first one since I moved in here and Mrs doesn’t celebrate it. She was dead certain that they’d destroy any tree, esp as the only place for it would be right next to their cat tree, so I’ve trialled it by putting it up bare over the weekend and only decorating it today after no incidents.

Tesla seems to quite like sitting underneath it, he actually pushed his kibbles bowl under it and hasn’t tried to attack it at all. They’re best pals. We did have a small incident where he started a fight with the empty baubles box, which the box won through its superior cunning and agility, which sent the little man shooting up the stairs in terror.

I hate to break it to you but that on the left is not a cat, it’s the absence of cat. A non-cat. Look how dense that darkness is - it’s a miracle it’s not sucking up all the matter in its vicinity.
