Cavetown

I don’t think they have had a mention here. Really lovely stuff which reminds me of Elliot Smith, or Phoebe Bridgers. I’ve seen them a couple of times now but this evening it was solo acoustic and I really felt there was something there. First time in years and years that there was a young crowd as well. The new album"worm food’ is v.good. I sort of feel like every album has highlights rather than there being a stone cold classic. Any way, thread to share your thoughts.

My (15 yo) daughter likes them. Or liked them, I can’t keep up anymore.

My niece (12) and also a friends daughter (13) likes them. The gig was great, no queue at the bar and had great line of sight from anywhere as most people were so short.
It is a bit poppy, but it is still someone with a guitar singing sad songs, so not sure why it has that youthful appeal especially.
