Tufnell Park Playing Fields
Campdale Road

We haven’t played a friendly for ages, so I’m sure everyone is keen to have a kick-about in the park against those lovely fellows from the Chinese Community Centre. And as a special treat, we will be playing on grass. Actual real grass!
As always with international friendlies, we’ll have a proper FA referee, so bring your shinpads and practice those throw-ins.

You know the drill by now: sign up below if you want to be considered for selection. Applications from specialists (i.e. goalkeepers) will be viewed favourably.
It’s doing ok. Sunday is the first real test for the ol’ bionic leg: I’ve done a little bit of light training, but no idea how it’ll hold up until I get onto the pitch. I’m desperately unfit, so getting through 10 mins stuck on a wing would be considered a success! Hit me up if you’re about LDN soon again btw man, always good to see you!
Goals by Jamie (header) and Dan (free kick). We didn’t win but played well for most of the game.
Highlight of the day was the barman in the pub afterwards who asked if Drowned In Sound was still going. He used to read it all the time, before he got into EDM.
