You can’t do this

my money’s on James Dean Bradfield

Sorry, it might have been down to the drugs he was but everytime he was nice to the actors, piece of shit to everyone else.

I know you didn’t ask me but here are my Corrie experiences

Jack Duckworth- went to his book signing. Vera showed up as a surprise and signed the book too. Both were nice, Vera said she liked my back

Carla- rude, lacks manners

Curly- was very interested in my thoughts on Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. very chatty lad

Molly - absolutely lovely, very nice

Peter - quite quiet. left his rubbish behind (Fanta and bag of Minstrels) in a screen on the stairwell

David ‘Platty’ Platt- saw him in an indie club, once. Didn’t seem to mind when my mate bumped into him by accident. very small

Windass - met him twice. top lad. loves the Arctic Monkeys

also saw Becky and Jason Grimshaw do an appearance at club in Wakefield. think Katherine Kelly is from round here. Jason was battered and the only thing he said was ‘lads, isn’t it annoying when you’re having a piss on a wall and the police see you? waheyyyyyyyy’

did some extra work on Corrie. Barbara Knox gave me a death stare and made an unnecessarily snippy comment at me for clinking my cutlery too loudly.

haven’t met many for any substantial amount of time but:

Adam Buxton was lovely - i had a brief chat with him in a pub once and then left him to it but some friend of a friend who was with us later latched onto him despite barely knowing who he was, but he hung out with us for a bit and was very accommodating. i also watched him doing an interview about his book over zoom recently and he took the time at the end to thank every person watching by name (and asked if he pronounced mine properly)

Barry from Mogwai was really lovely and chatty

David O’Doherty seemed like a really great guy as you’d expect

Stewart Lee has been really nice when i’ve chatted to him after shows. i can imagine him possibly being a bit grumpy if you come up to him in public

Dylan Moran seemed quite grumpy when i said a passing hello to him on the street but it was exactly what i expected and i loved it tbh

I met someone from Corrie but I didn’t know who it was. My wife told me who it was after I’d made small talk with him while ordering some food at a bar in Salford quays before the Radiohead gig at Old Trafford. Think he played a gay priest?!
