Extra mature is too sharp/tangy/salty

And mild has been proven to be the best for cheese on toast

some do. sainsburys is the worst offender for this. tesco pretty bad too.

treat yourself to some morrisons or waitrose extra mature next time.

Extra mature’s a little bit too far. And very crumbly. Still nice but mature gets the balance just right

Medium is usually decent too but a mixed bag. Mild is filth.
