Haven’t had mild cheddar for years. Sometimes get extra mature but not if I can avoid it. Proper cheese snob these days and proud of it, cheese is probably the single tastiest ingredient in the world.

We were a mild cheddar household growing up tbh but at some point we got my mum to ramp it up to medium and she’s never looked back

Love cheese. How am I gonna do veganuary ffs

Incredible how much a food can be improved by just adding cheese. Was just eating a burrito yesterday and thinking about this.

Gonna end up getting out of bed and just biting into the mild cheddar like a dog

I try not to have cheese in my house anymore because I just snack on it constantly and get fat.

It’s not fair.

A cheddar sandwich is good.

Just bread + cheese

I don’t reckon any other one ingredient sandwiches are good (Not put much thought into this though.

Are your toasters vertical like other people’s? How do you expect the cheese to be on the bread if you putting it next to it?

Prof: yes fire brigade please my house is on fire
Fire person: I’m sorry sir your house has burnt down because you thought you make cheese on toast by putting the cheese next to the bread in the toaster, subsequently melting the cheese straight on to the electrics and just dripping down precisely nowhere near the bread at all.

Forgot about truffle cheeses, they’re good.

Two favourites from the Telegraph Hill market are the Gouda with fennel seeds and the Taleggio. Blue sheep’s cheese a close third.

Man I want cheese now.

I assumed cheddar on the mature end is basically the same no matter the brand. Don’t think I’ve ever had any cheddar posher than Cathedral City.

Not even started on the cheddar, but it is gonna be really good I just know it.

Really hope vegan cheese can get its shit together asap.
