Said it before and I’ll say it again. Layer of peany B under the cheese is one of life’s filthiest pleasures
Habanero sauce is my kick of choice.
White pepper also.
Sometimes it can be nice to do a couple o’ slices of ConT with ketchup on one and bbq sauce on the other (applied midway through the grilling process)

If melted, with L&P, but my real preference is cold mature cheddar on hot toast with lumps of melting butter.
Guarantee you’ll do this next time you’re hungover. And you’ll come grovelling
moderate amount of Tabasco sauce all over and then 9 dots of heinz ketchup and a light covering of black peppr like so:
