Just had cheese on toast using freshly baked bread and some dill mustard.

Fucking love dill mustard. Works really well with cheese.

9/10 (shouldn’t have left out the L&P)

Think of it like cheese on crackers but with toast instead

I’m on board

Post here, share across.

Just had breakfast.

Whacked a little bit of L&P but probably not enough. Was good, but there was also this feeling that something more would have given it that last push - something more acidic/fresh flavoured to cut through.

Thoughts on halloumi topped with a more conventional melting cheese, either on toast or halloumi taking on the bread role?

Peany B optional of course

reckon it would be good but on toast and with melting cheese forming the middle layer

Did anyone watch masterchef earlier? Marcus waring did cauliflower steak WITH cashew butter. Not cheese on toast but equally as deviant imho.
