I haven’t had a proper cheese toastie … for :thinking: literally YEARS.

Will need to rectify this. What are the best cheeses? I actually remember watching a youtube video where a bunch of people made different cheese toasties. I am a big fan of a good, strong cheddar. Not so much a fan of anything that doesn’t taste of much or is stringy … so basically I will not be putting mozzarella in my toastie.

This pop up toastie place opened in Belfast at the start of Feb. People regularly queue for 60-90 mins for it on Saturdays and sundays. I mean, I love a toastie as much as the next person but I can’t imagine any toastie being worth that
