saw a pudsy at waterloo the other day and almost asked for a hug (really needed a hug)

We don’t have this in Ireland but I was always very interested by it growing up.

I have nothing more to add to this thread.

Wearing a spotty dress. Only as I am in school.

Think we have said this before but it’s the zany stuff I dislike. Make a cake, I’ll buy it. Sit in a bath of beans I will think you’re an idiot.

TV programme was favourite as a child as we got to bring our duvets etc down and watch it until we fell asleep. Of course my kids now would much rather be watching popularmmo on YouTube…how times change.

Who was the DiSer who was THE Pudsey for a bit? Including going on TV and stuff?

chuckling at the thought of the minder screaming this in my face as I go in for the hug.

I just watched a bit of one of these videos. I’m putting this in the things that make you feel old thread.

The one in Kings Cross hugged someone when I walked past this morning. You should have done it.

profk is a pretty tall guy, very much like the mental image of him dwarfing a Pudsey

Not sure if it was for Comic Relief or Children in Need but I remember the 3D Dr Who/Eastenders cross-over.

I’ve got it in my head that @colinzealuk was in the audience with a big cheque at an ITV Telethon…

Might have been my other brother.
