Bants aside it’s a general point that a couple of examples don’t do much to go against. Hes very much a ‘win now’ manager who’s teams tend to get older in his time at a club. It’s probs just a part of how headstrong he is rather than a specific youth thing though. He’s always gunna have a few talented players he completely doesn’t like or try to adapt to, maybe it’s just more likely for that to happen with younger pros idk
