Some ATDs and I are getting up first thing in the morning (out the house at 6am) to go cycling through empty central London. Will open some prosecco on the Mall and cycle down glasses in hand. Hoping to be home by 8. Hoping it goes well and becomes a tradition.

When I have offers of spending the day with people it’s invariably somewhere that’s on a bus route but ridiculously expensive in a taxi, especially there and back. So I’d like a bus but I don’t want bus drivers to have to work so maybe people without licenses should be allowed to drive that one day of the year (and be gifted a car)

In the last few years I’ve stopped going out until 3am on Christmas morning and it’s great. Always meant to leave around 12, but never could…now we don’t bother going out at all as there’s nobody our age around.

My mates fucking love getting hammered on xmas eve, it’s like a tradition and they get arsey if you don’t - but theres no way i’d get through xmas day with more than a mild hangover.

I stay at home but I host the gathering of friends. Won’t happen this year after I karate kicked my cousin out of our house after he insulted my Mam and brothers.
