I recall Chris Eubank carrying out a citizens arrest some years back.

Professional fighters are probably the only group of people who could get away with it though.

Fuckinell this “Hampshire” place looks dangerous

Having now seen this I reckon the thing that made him angry was probably how badly they were filming him.

true fact, if you Citizens Arrest someone but do not read them their rights properly, you can get done for kidnapping

if you kidnap someone and don’t read them their rights, they can citizen arrest you

Been racking my brain as the “your under citizens arrest” outburst reminds me of lots of comedy sketches.

David Brent “your not getting made redundant”

Dads Army “don’t tell him pike” scene

Also just about any John Cleese sketch

So is a citizen’s arrest about as effective in the real world as typing “ban request” is here?

It’s even less so.

I can’t help thinking how much better it would have been had he filmed it given he worked on Planet Earth

Struggling to think of a time I have kept my anger levels this high for as long as this geezer. Seems like there was some argy-bargy on the motorway (talk of “ramming”?, but following them to a service station and screaming at them - nah, I’d be at calmly swapping insurance details by then.

Probably not a great idea to try and lamp Eubank

Mate, that’s no service station, that’s the car park of one of the biggest M&S stores in the country, Hedge End.

Check out the last frame of David Squires today…

I’m just imaging him giving chase in that big lorry that he used to drive
