The street makes a sharp turn to the left and continues west for some distance. Turning the corner, you are suddenly jumped on by three short, stocky, assailants who were hiding down an alley. Two grab your legs and one tries to knock you out with a cudgel.

Test your luck.

If you are lucky, you manage to duck to avoid the blow.
If you are unlucky, the cudgel lands heavily on the back of your head, knocking you unconscious.

SUMMARY
Gone to a cIty of thieves to speak to a wizard or whatever cos some guys had his daughter kidnapped by a mystical bastard.

Travelled to the city entirely without incident.
Bribed some guards so we didnt have to fight them
Killed a madman and got a cloudy ball
Gave an ogre some food then ran away
Decided not to drink some sparkling water
Now being accosted in an alley.

As the cudgel swings through the air above your head, you punch the Dwarf holding it. He lets out a scream and drops the cudgel. Feeling his bleeding nose and seeing the blood on his hand, he screams again and runs off down the alley. The other two Dwarfs holding your legs realize that you are not an easy victim and run off after their fellow-robber.

  • Chase them down the alley
  • Set off west again
