my hairdresser is alright…problem is my eyes are not good, and neither are my scissors. Double whammy, lucky my glasses hide the fringe line so no matter that it is wonky!

I think my glasses are part of the problem. My hairdresser always leaves the edges too much longer, then 3 days later when it’s grown a bit they’re sitting on top of my glasses ballooning outwards. Of course it is actually hairdressers who are the problem, as they should foresee this

Gf and kids are out so been for a run then had a long bath with a book. Making Sunday lunch for when they get back. Good Sunday so far!

Last night i thought i was starting to feel better. Apparently flu symptoms peak on day 3 and i’ve had this since friday evening so maybe tomorrow will be better?

I have weird shit hair which I resent paying to get made look bad, so I cut it myself. I also wear a hat as often as I can. Make of that what you will.

Got a wee promotion from one of the agencies I work for earlier which was nice, so I’m tucking in to a slice of their higher-paying, more challenging work right now. Gonna do some dog walking, baking, and floor cleaning (looks like a barn downstairs, stressing me out) later on

I feel absolutely wrecked today. I definitely can’t deal with alcohol and hangovers like I used to.

Went to football yesterday and then to an alldayer gig that my house mate played in a new venue in Croydon which was pretty great.

A band called Frauds were especially good. I think they supported FOTL last week.

Think I’m going to make an apple crumble to surprise the OH with when she gets home. Best dessert by so far it’s embarrassing to all the other desserts.
