I have been doing the swirl but can’t get that last bit off the side yet, might let it sit too long at some earlier stage so it sticks? Shall experiment
So far used James Hoffman’s one from his video, which was 30g coffee to 500g water, 60g bloom for 45 seconds, 300g water total by 1:15, 500g total by 1:45, stir, swirl, draw down. Might try a different one out tomorrow just to see but probably need to dial in the grind setting perfectly as well.
On my Wilfa I’ve been using either the A of Aeropress or the dot one step courser than that, before you hit the R of Filter. Any other Wilfa V60 users with advice on grind setting would be v welcome
