So far this season:
Normal colds - 1
Stomach bugs - 1
Chest infections - 1

Still got a lingering cough from the chest infection, also got my flu jab so have that post-jab feeling a bit ill thing rn. Managed to not catch hand, foot and mouth from R though, so that was nice to avoid.

My colds always tend to be like this, 24 hours of feeling like utter turd and then it clears up. We’ve obviously just got kick ass immune systems Bam!

Just clearing my second cold of the season. The baby keeps getting them and we’ve been using a nasal aspirator to clear her sinuses so I’m literally sucking a new virus in to my mouth every few weeks. Gross.

Got a bit of a scratchy throat at the moment but nothing major. Managed to pick up a cold that ‘broke’ the day before a new starter was due to join my team. Had to deliver a very apologetic induction before heading home at lunchtime and going for a nap.

I’ve had my second cold for 2 1/2 weeks. This is shit.

Put my bike in the bike shop, got the bus to work for 3 days.

I’ve always had grapes when I’m poorly. No idea why. Easy to digest and bare vitamins I guess?

Leave them in water for a few hours and they’ll turn back into grapes
