A little Overgrown, but a garden of 2 halves. The front is more open than it looks and is a good sun trap. Back bit, past the washing line, is more wild. Massive rosemary bush back there. The grass is shit though. Front half was new when we moved in and hasn’t taken well. The back half is that spongey stuff with moss in it that probably needs sorting soon. The borders on the right were full of bluebells a month or so ago, looked and smelt lovely

This is our garden. Luckily it gets maintained as part of our contract otherwise it definitely wouldn’t look like this.

Balcony, dog, recycling, dog food, bikes.

Only been here a little while so just using it for storage really but some neighbours have really nice window boxes etc so hopefully we’ll make an effort over the summer.

At the moment, ours is covered in weed suppressant. We’re a couple of years behind where we wanted to be with our garden. I don’t think we’ll get it sorted this summer as I’m still trying to organise getting our garage roof finished planted up.

We had to give up the allotment, unfortunately. It came at just the wrong time for us in terms of work and DIY commitments. I’ve put us back on the waiting list, so hopefully we’ll be in a better place in four or five years.

His envious face?

Not had a garden since childhood

Think if i did I’d want it to look like a meadow. Fuck that manicured lawn shit

That’s what we going to go for - a wildlife garden with a pond.

What a shame. The first few months/first year are unfortunately the most demanding of labour and attention. Seen so many over the years at ours starting off with a burst and then vanishing with the clearing stage half done.
