Hahahahaha

Tbf, Rewriting Shakespere plays to fit the 2000AD universe and putting them on in the hot-tub is a fairly niche activity.

Shit shit sport. My pal edits live footage of competitive sailing as a job but let’s be honest you could just show anything and no one would have a clue, would they?!

Reckon you’d need to pepper it with the odd boat here and there tbh

depends on how torrentially it’s pouring.

Thank you for your (enigmatic) response x

My GF would like us to try sailing. I will reluctantly go along with the idea as, though I am not a fan of water, I am a fan of my GF’s boundless enthusiasm.

This is nice of you IMO

I think i’d quite like to try this.
Learning to sail is prohibitively expensive though.

“Don’t learn to sail, sail to learn…”

^^^A really good tagline for a sailing instructor company if anyone wants to use it^^^

I trust her a lot and I like doing things she’ll have fun with as well… She got me to go swimming for the first time in fifteen years recently and I enjoyed it!

Where did you swim?

If anyone here has a boat, please let me ride in it one day.

I did actually throw myself into the sea in 2013 as part of a bet but I was already scared of it and it cemented my fear. I’ve only been in up to my knees since.

I’ve been in the sea once in the last 10-15 years

A friend of mine does it. He almost got onto the Olympic team for it apparently.

The main reason I dislike the sport is that he’ll bugger off most weekends in the summer, messing up my drinking plans. He’s blown me out for tomorrow night, and my birthday normally coincides with Cowes week.
